Are compostables really better than plastic? +

Yes – if composted correctly. Our bagasse & PLA are EN13432 certified and break down in 12 weeks in commercial compost. We offer collection in 32 cities, plus home-compost lines. Reusables are still best for dine-in – we help you choose.

Do you deliver outside London? +

Absolutely. Same-day courier inside M25, 24–48h nationwide via DPD/HVO trucks. Free delivery over £150 ex-VAT. Pallet & festival artic deliveries available.

Can I hire instead of buying? +

Yes – 70% of events hire. Reusable plates from 18p/cover including wash-return. Deposit cups, chafers, induction hobs all hireable. Damages capped at 5%.

What about the UK disposable ban? +

We are fully compliant with England, Scotland & Wales single-use bans (plates, cutlery, polystyrene, etc.). Every product page shows legal status + compliant swap.

Do you help with waste certificates? +

Every order includes weight, CO₂e and compost reports + a shareable impact badge for Instagram, tenders and B-Corp evidence.
